Default settings of the Linksys X2000

Here you can find the default IP address and the username and password for the user interface of the Linksys X2000 Wireless-N ADSL2+ router. In the bottom part of this site, you will find a manual for accessing the router’s user interface.

Login data for the user interface

IP address:: 192.168.1.1
Username:: admin
Password:: admin

Access to the user interface

Accessing the user interface is necessary when you want to change the router configuration. For the Linksys X2000, you have to do the following steps for access:

Put router into operation
Connect the device with router
Open browser
Insert IP address into the address bar and confirm with ‘Enter’ key
Enter username and password in the open user interface and confirm again
